Kajmak mleczny przepyszny

Ingredients:

1 opakowanie wafli tortowych
1 kostka margaryny lub masła
1 szklanka cukru
3 łyżki kakao
6 łyżek wody
1 cukier waniliowy
1 szklanka mleka w proszku
2 łyżki cappucino/kawy rozpuszczalnej
parę kropli aromatu migdałowego
wiórki do posypania

Prepare instructions:

W rondelku podgrzać margarynę, cukier, kakao i wodę. Nie gotować! Pozostawić do ostygnięcia. Następnie wsypywać po łyżce mleka w proszku i miksować na najwyższych obrotach (to ważne, żeby nie powstały grudki, mleko ma być sypkie,a nie granulowane).Ja dodaję często kawę rozpuszczalną lub cappucino.Masa do smarowania musi być dość gęsta, jeżeli jest za gęsta, można wlać odrobinę ciepłej wody. Teraz smarujemy wafle, układamy je warstwowo i gotowe. Można posypać wiórkami lub gotową posypką czy orzeszkami drobno posiekanymi. Zawsze się udaje i szybko znika ze stołu. Gorąco polecam !!

fajna masa robilam ja dzis fakt wyszla mi moze troszke za zadka ale i tak super smakowala. Jestem ciekawa czy ten krem nadal by sie do tortu ?

Właśnie z racji tego, że masa jest dość luźna, nie bardzo nadaje się do tortów. Można ją zagęścić, zwiększając ilość mleka w proszku.
