Ingredients:

Masa:

*1 l mleka

*kostka margaryny mlecznej

*6 łyżek cukru

*10 łyżek kaszy mannej błyskawicznej

*10 łyżek wiórek kokosowych

*herbatniki

Polewa:

*kostka masła

*6 łyżek wody

*szklanka cukru

*2 szklanki mleka granulowanego

Prepare instructions:

Mleko wlać do rondla, dodać margarynę i cukier. Zagotować. Kasze manna i wiórki razem wymieszać. Do gotującego się mleka dodać kaszę manną z wiórkami. Zagotować na małym ogniu, cały czas mieszając. Na spodzie blaszki ułożyć herbatniki i zalać gorącą masą. Odstawić do wystygnięcia.

Gdy masa wystygnie przyrządzić polewę. W rondelku rozpuścić masło z cukrem i wodą. Wszystko zagotować. Zmniejszyć gaz i dodać mleko w proszku energicznie mieszając aby się nie przypaliło, aż do momentu zgęstnienia. Gorącą polewę wylać na chłodną masę. Udekorować słodką posypką, bądź skruszoną czekolada. Odstawić do ostygnięcia.

Jest bardzo słodki i prosty w przyrządzeniu. Zawsze się udaje i wyśmienicie smakuje

Ciekawy przepis na lukier, tylko czy masa niebędzie się topić pod wpływem gorącej polewy?
