Ingredients:

bułki pita

filet z kurczaka

2 pomidory

1 ogórek

pol salaty zielonej/ wloskiej/pekinskiej- jaka kto woli

majonez, keczup, musztarda

przyprawa kebab

olej,

kilka plastrow sera zoltego

Prepare instructions:

Bulki pita otwieramy- urywamy kawalek u gory zeby powstala kieszonka. Wkladamy je do piekarnika na 6minut. Fileta kroimy w mala kostke dodajemy przyprawe, mieszamy i smazymy na oleju- gotowe wykladamy na papier do odsacenia z tluszczu lub na talerz. Pomidory, ogorki myjemy i kroimy w kostke( ogorki w plasterki), salate rwiemy. Wszystko wrzucamy do miski, dodajemy sol i odstawiamy zeby puscily wode, ktora odlewamy. W malej miseczce robimy sos: 4 lyzki majonezu, 4 lyzki keczupu i lyzka musztardy- mieszamy. Polowe sosu dajemy do salatki, reszte zostawiamy zeby polac mięsko. Gotowe bulki wciagamy z piekarnika, wkladmay do nich po troszke salatki, potem mieso, polewamy je lyzeczka sosu. na wierzch daje my troszke sera zoltego i tak robimy wszyskie pity...

Gdy mamy gotowe wkladmay je na chwilke do cieplego piekarnika zeby ser sie rozpuscil i gotowe..

Robię takie czasami z sosem czosnkowym, są pyszne. Bułki pita można wsadzić do tostera na parę minut, jak się podgrzeją to się otwierają w środku, więc wystarczy naciąć je nożem z jednej strony i w taki sposób też się utworzy tzw. ,,kieszonka''.
