Kebabowe zapiekanki

Ingredients:

- 8 kajzerek

- 1 kulka mozarelli (lub starty żółty ser)

- 1 podwójna pierś z kurczaka
- przyprawa kebeb-gyros
- olej

- kukurydza konserwowa (pół puszki)
- biała część pora
- 4 ogórki konserwowe
- 1/4 kapusty pekińskiej
- majonez
- sól, pieprz

- keczup
- sos czosnkowy

Prepare instructions:

Piersi pokroić w drobną kosteczkę, dodać olej i przyprawę dokładnie wymieszać, odstawić na kilka minut.

Kapustę poszatkować, ogórki pokroić w kosteczkę, pora w ćwierć plasterki, kukurydzę osączyć, wszystkie składniki wymieszać dodać majonez, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem.

Mozarellę kroimy w bardzo drobną kostkę.

Piersi usmażyć na złoty kolor na oleju z marynaty.

Z kajzerek odcinamy daszki, wydrążamy ciasto. Smarujemy środek bułki sosem czosnkowym i keczupem, nakaładamy do środka mięsko i sałatkę, posypujemy mozarellą, przykrywamy czapeczką i wkładamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika, zapiekamy 5-10 minut aż ser się rozpuści. Gotowe bułeczki możemy jeszcze polać keczupem lub sosem według uzania.

Bułeczki są cudowne w smaku i bardzo syte. Gorąco polecam!!!

Do jakiej temperatury rozgrzewamy piekarnik?

Temperatura nie może byc za duża, żeby bułki nie były zbyt twarde ja piekę w 150-180 stopniach.
