Ingredients:

5 ziemniaków
Łyżeczka całej gorczycy
Łyżeczka całego kminku
Łyżeczka kurkumy
Ząbek czosnku
Łyżka oleju
Sól do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki pokroić jak na duże frytki , rozgrzać patenię wrzucić na patelnię gorczycę oraz kminek i przykryć pokrywką, jak zacznie strzelać dodać rozgnieciony czosnek i kurkumę roprowadzić , chwilkę podgrzewać. Dodać olej i frytki zamieszać i przykryc pokrywką powtarzac tę czynność co 3-5min. Jeżeli frytki będą za suche (co się zdarza przy starych ziemniakach należy dodać troszkę wody)
Po około 25min potrawa gotowa, frytki wyglądają dzięki kurkumie jak smażone i są bardzo aromatyczne, a poprzez duszenie zdrowsze.

Dodam że moje córeczki ( 2 i 6l.) uwielbiają tą potrawę

Od dzieciństwa nienawidzę kminku, czy mogę go czymś zastapić? np papryką?
