Ingredients:

125 gram masła albo margaryny

100 gram cukru

1 cukier waniliowy

2 jajka

250 gram mąki

szczypta soli

3-4 łyżki mleka

pół paczuszki proszku do pieczenia

rodzynki, orzechy, migdały, suszone owoce (morele, ananas, marakuja itp.)

aromat np. rumowy

Prepare instructions:

Masło utrzeć z cukrem i całymi jajami, powoli dosypywać mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem, wlac mleko, aromat i dokładnie wymieszać. Na koniec dodać opruszone mąką bakalie, powinno ich być dużo, nawt ponad 30 dag. Ciasto przełożyć do małych podłużnych keksowych foremek wysmarowanych masłem i wysypanych bułką tartą. Piec około godziny w temperaturze 180 stopni.
Gotowe ciasto oprószyć cukrem pudrem albo polać lukrem i posypać bakaliami.

Zrobiłam na święta ,dokładnie według przepisu i żebym była zadowolona to bym nie powiedziała ciasto takie jakieś zbite.Wogóle nie przypominało keksu a raczej jakaś zbita bułe nadiana bakaliami.Szkoda tych bakali co dałam do tego.

Właśnie przed chwilą próbowałam keksu... jest wyśmienity! Myślę, że nie doczeka świąt i będę musiała robic kolejny :):)
