Blat kokosowy
4 białka, 20 dkg kokosów, 1 szkl cukru

Masa
2 szkl. mleka, 3,5 łyżki cukru, 3 łyżki mąki pszennej, 1,5 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej, cukier waniliowy, 25 dkg masła roślinnego

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier ubić dodać żółtka delikatnie wymieszać dodać mąkę z kakao i proszkiem i raz jeszcze delikatnie wymieszać.
Piec 30 min

Blat kokosowy
Białka ubić na sztywno, dodać cukieri ubijać aż wszystko będzie sztywne i gęste. Wsypać kokos i delikatnie wymieszać. Wlać na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem piec 20 min

Masa
Odlać pół szklanki mleka wsypać obie mąki i cukier wanilowy. resztę mleka zagotować z cukrem i ugotować budyń

Jak ostygnie ubić masło na puch mikserem dodawać po łyżce budyń

Kokosanka dzięki ciemnemu biszkoptowi smakuje troszkę inaczej

Witam :) przepis brzmi zachęcająco. Mam tylko pytanie odnośnie temperatur pieczenia? Pozdrawiam.

A i jeszcze jedno pytnie, rozumiem, że masa ma być między dwoma blatami?
