Ingredients:

1.Biszkopt: 4 jaja,1/2 szkl. cukru,1/2 szkl. mąki pszennej,1/2 szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej,2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 2 łyżki wody

2.Masa: 1/2l.kremowki,1 cukier waniliowy,2 łyżki żelatyny

3.Masa owocowa: litrowy słoik musu jabłkowego, 2 galaretki cytrynowe

wiórki kokosowe+2 łyżki margaryny =podsmażyć na złoty kolor

Prepare instructions:

1.biszkopt jak biszkopt każdy wie o co chodzi...........

2.śmietankę ubijamy dodajemy cukier waniliowy, można też dodać odrobinę zwykłego cukru,następnie moczymy żelatynę w 4 łyżkach zimnego mleka i dodajemy tyle samo gorącego i rozpuszczamy,dodajemy do śmietanki wychłodzoną żelatynę

3.galaretkę rozpuszczamy w dwóch szklankach wody schładzamy i dodajemy do musu i schładzamy

na biszkopt kładziemy masę owocową i śmietankę a na to wiórki kokosowe wcześniej podsmażone......

można jeszcze osłodzić bardziej i polać białą polewą ........pyszne jutro go zrobie bo apetyt sobie zrobilam
