Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:

1 szklanka cukru,
1 kostka margaryny
0,5 szklanki lekko kwaśnej śmietany
3 jajka
2 żółtka
2 łyżeczki proszku
2 ½ szklanki mąki krupczatki
1 cukier waniliowy

Składniki na polewę:

1 kostka margaryny (palma)
2 szklanki cukru

½ szklanki wody4 łyżki kakao
1 cukier waniliowy

posypka: ok. 2 ½ do 3 paczek wiórków kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

ciasto:
1 szkl. cukru, 1 kostkę margaryny i 0,5 szkl śmietany rozpuścić w garnku mieszając, nie gotować!, lekko ostudzićNastępnie dodać 3 jajka (żółtka z białkiem), 2 żółtka, cukier waniliowy, 2 łyżeczki proszku i krupczatkę. Wszystko dokładnie wymieszać mikserem. Wylać na blachę i upiec na złoty kolor ( ok. 30 minut)

Składniki polewy tj. margarynę i pozostałe rozpuścić w garnku mieszając ale nie zagotować

Upieczony placek kroić w kostkę,

maczać dwoma widelcami w polewie i obtoczyć w wiórkach kokosowych wysypanych na talerzyku.

Układać na blachę wyłożoną papierem.
