Kotleciki drobiowe z sosem pieczarkowym

Ingredients:

1 Piers z kurczaka

1 jajko

1 szklanka maki

jarzynka do natarcia piersi

olej do smarzenia

Sos pieczarkowy

0,5 kg Pieczarek.

1 Cała cebula.

2 Kostki rosołowe .

0,5 Pojemniczka śmietany 18%.

3 łyzki stołowe maki

sól i pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Piersi umyć i pokroić ,rozbić tłuczkiem,opruszyć jarzynka .Pozostawić na 10 minut.

Rozbic jajko ,i wysypać make na talerzyk. Rozgrać olej na potelni.

Piersi optaczamy w mace potem w jajku i na goracy tłuszcz smazymy na złoty kolor.

Sos

Pieczarki obieramy krojimy w kawałki, smażymy bez tłuszczu tylko z odrobina soli.

Całość przekładamy do garnka, kroimy cebule i podsmażamy na patelnmi z2 łyżkami oleju . Dolewamy wode aby zakryło pieczark i gotujemy do miekości pieczarek.Dodajem kostki rosoowe.

Moke rozrabiamy ze śmietana i goracym sosem z pieczarek w miseczce.Całość mieszamy potem w garku i czekamy aż sos sie zagotuje i zgęstnieje.Doprawiamy do smaku sola i pieprzem.

Podajemy z ziemniakami,kluskami ,makaronem, lub chlebem

Ojej, w gąszczu błędów i literówek umyka sens przepisu i nie chce się zaczynać od początku. Tytuł zachęcający, więc może jeszcze raz się przymuszę.
