Ingredients:

400 gram sera żółtego
1 jajko
bułka tarta
olej
żurawina

Prepare instructions:

ser kroimy w grube plastry ok. 2 cm, maczamy w jajku , nastepnie w bułce tartej i smażymy na gorącym oleju.
(najlepiej dwa razy opanierowac)

Ja podaję to np. z makaronem i z sosem beszamelowym , na każdy kotlet nakładam odrobinę żurawiny + pomidory z zielonym pesto na zdj.
Jest to porcja dla 4 osób i jest bardzo syte

u mnie czesto w domu goszczą.tylko bez żurawiny.podaje do frytek i surówki z kapusty:)
ja doprawiam jajko ostra papryczką:)
