Ingredients:

1/2 l mleka
4 jajka
8 lyzek cukru
laska wanilii
szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

4 lyzki cukru i 2 lyzki wody zagotowac,mieszajac do momentu powstania brazowego karmelu, wylac goracy karmel do foremek (6sztuk) rozprowadzic po dnie.
Mleko,sol,laske wanilii przekrojona na pol i nozem wyciagniete nasionka,4 lyzki cukru zagotowac,zdjac z ognia.Jajka ubic i polaczyc z mlekiem,stopniowo dodac troche goracego mleka do jajek i wtedy mozna wlac jajka do mleka,ubijajac.Nie zapominijmy wyciagnac wanilii.Wlac do foremek nasza mleczna miksture.Piekarnik nagrzac wczesniej i wlozyc blaszke do ktorej wlewamy goraca wode i do tej wody wstawiamy foremki czyli kapiel wodna.

Piec okolo 20-25 min 160/180 C do zgestnienia kremu.
Wystudzic i schlodzic w lodowce.

nie wiem nie moge otworzyc bo jest nieudostepniony.Jesli to jest to samo to go sciagne z tej strony.

nie wiem jak to się stało, że dodając go nie zaznaczyłam udostepnienia, to jest chyba jednak to samo :)

To nie jest to samo. Jest tu 50 przepisów na "kurczaka gyros" a jednak każdy jest trochę inny. Cukier waniliowy nigdy nie da takiego aromatu jak laska wanilii (a raczej jej ziarenka).
