Jabłka z kruszonką

Ingredients:

ok. 5 jabłek

imbir

cynamon

1/2 opakowania cukru wanilinowego (ja dodaję cukier waniliowy własnej roboty :) )

1-2 łyżeczki cukru

1/2 łyżki masła

odrobina soku z cytryny

Na kruszonkę:

1/2 szkl. mąki

1/6 kostki masła

3 łyżki cukru pudru

szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka myjemy, obieramy i tniemy na ćwiartki, a następnie na plasterki, skrapiamy sokiem z cytryny. Układamy je w wysmarowanym masłem żaroodpornym naczyniu, posypujemy cynamonem, odrobiną imbiru i cukrem wanilinowym. Układamy drugą warstwę jabłek, posypujemy cynamonem, cukrem i dodajemy masło. Na to układamy ostatnią część jabłek.

Kruszonka: Masło rozpuszczamy w rondelku, łączymy składniki i wyrabiamy kruszonkę.

Tak przygotowaną kruszonką posypujemy wcześniej ułożone w żaroodpornym naczyniu jabłka. Zapiekamy 25-30 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni
