Krewetki na złoto

Ingredients:

25 dag obranych krewetek
50 ml białego wytrawnego wina
2 jajka
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 l oleju roślinnego
sałata głowiasta
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Krewetki zamarynować w soli, pieprzu oraz winie.
Jajka roztrzepać, dodać do nich mąkę i dokładnie wymieszać (bez grudek). Krewetki obtoczyć w cieście i wrzucić na rozgrzany olej.
Smarzyć ok. 2 minut co chwilkę przewracając.
Podawać na sałacie.

Wino można zastąpić bulionem:)
Doskonale pasuje do tego dip czosnkowy lub pesto

Bardzo dobry przepis, polecam, dip czosnkowy pasuje do tego idealnie, polecam na imprezę jako przystawkę, tylko proponuję duże krewetki- królewskie, bo jak weźmiecie małe, to wygladają jak chipsy, ale pysznie smakują! Polecam jeszcze raz.
