Ingredients:

80 dag filetów rybnych ( ja użyłam tilapię)
2 duże cebule
5 ząbkow czosnku
20 dag ogorków kiszonych lub konserwowych
garść posiekanej zielonej pietruszki
1/2 szklanki oliwy lub oleju
6 łyżek ketchupu lub koncentratu pomidorowego
1 łyżka musztardy
sok z 1 cytryny
sól
pieprz ( ja użylam pieprzu cytrynowego)

Prepare instructions:

Rybę podzielić na porcje wg uznania, skropić sokiem z cytryny, natrzeć solą i wstawić do lodówki na min. 30 minut.
Cebulę, czosnek i ogórki drobno posiekać i wymieszać.
Oliwę wymieszać z ketchupem i musztardą, jeśli trzeba to doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i cukrem.

Formę do zapiekania natłuścić, ułożyć w niej porcje ryby, posypać cebulą, czosnkiem i ogórkami oraz natką piertuszki. Polać sosem i ewentualnie przykryć folią aluminiową ( niekoniecznie) i wstawić do nagrzanego (okolo 200 stopni) piekarnika. Zapiekać 30 minut...

No to juz wiem jak przyrządzoną rybkę będę wcinać w piątek...oczywiście opiszę wrażenia rodzinki i swoje.

Rybkę zrobiłam i wyszła pyszna, rodzinka się zajadała i ja także, a oto jak u mnie wyglądała
