Serowe sznycle z papryką

Ingredients:

30 dag sera salami
4 połówki czerwonej papryki konserwowej
jajko
bułka tarta ( około 4-6 łyżek)
2 łyżki platków kukurydzianych
2 łyżki mąki
olej
slodka papryka
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ser pokroić na 4 grube plastry ( ja czasem kroję na 6 cienkich) i oprószyć słodką papryką. Konserwową paprykę odsączyć i ułożyć na plastrach sera.
Mąkę wymieszać ze szczyptą soli i pieprzu. Płatki kukurydziane wsypać do woreczka i rozgnieść wałkiem po czym wymieszać z bułką tartą. Jajko roztrzepać w mieseczce widelcem.
Plastry sera razem z papryką obtoczyć w mące, zanurzyć w jajku i panierować w płatkach i bułce. Panierkę mocno docisnąć z każdej strony.

Olej rozgrzać na patelni, usmażyć sznycle na złoto ( około 3 minuty z każdej strony na średnim ogniu)...

Jakoś nie mam pomysłu jak można obtoczyć te plasterki sera z dwóch stron razem z tymi paprykami... jak Wy to zrobiłyście ???
