Krokiety z kapustą i pieczarkami

Ingredients:

1 kg kiszonej kapusty

1/2 kg pieczarek

2-3 duże cebule

masło

przyprawa w płynie np Maggi lub rosołek drobiowy

kolędra (ziarno), cząber, kminek (jak ktos lubi), liśc laurowy

sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Odgotowujemy kapustę. Na osobnej patelni podsmażamy cebulkę na maśle, pokrojona wg. upodobania, solimy, pieprzymy.

W garnku (większym) do którego damy wszystkie składniki. rozpuszczamy masło, wrzucamy pokrojone w kostkę pieczarki. (Ja zazwyczaj 1/2 porcji kroję a druga ścieram na grubych oczkach), solimy, pieprzymy, dusimy.

Do pieczarek dodajemy odgotowana (odcedzoną) kapustę, podsmażoną cebulkę. Dodajemy przyprawy. Dusimy razem. Doprawiamy wg uznania.

A potem już tylko zawijamy w pyszniutkie, cieniutki nalesniki. Obtaczamy w jajku i bułce, podsmażamy na oleju i gotowe.

Mam pytanie, jaką rolę pełnią tutaj kostka i maggi, przecież bez tych dodatków,wyjdą super krokieciki:)

Podejrzewam że rolę przyprawy, ja jak robię ten farsz do krokietów daje kostkę rosołową grzybowa.

Ja lubię smak kostki i maggi w krokietach, są bardziej wyraźne.
