Ingredients:

Na ok. 15 sztuk:

CIASTO NALEŚNIKOWE:

      • ok.30 dkg mąki
      • 2 szklanki mleka
      • 1 szklanka wody gazowanej
      • 2 jajka
      • szczypta soli, pieprzu

FARSZ:

      • ok.40 dkg mięsa mielonego wieprzowego
      • 25 dkg sera żółtego starkowanego
      • 1 cebula
      • przyprawa do mięsa mielonego, delikat do mięs ("Knorr")

PANIERKA:

      • 2 jajka
      • bułka tarta
      • szczypta soli, pieprzu

      • olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO NALEŚNIKOWE:
Jajka ubić z mlekiem i wodą, dodać mąkę, doprawić solą i pieprzem wedle smaku. Jeśli ciasto wyszło za rzadkie, dodać tyle mąki, by uzyskało pożądaną konsystencję, a jeśli za gęste- dodać wody. Patelnię rozgrzać, smażyć naleśniki, ale tylko z jednej strony!

FARSZ:
Cebulę obrać, pokroić w drobną kosteczkę, zeszklić na oleju.
Do cebuli dodać mięso mielone,przyprawić, przesmażyć kilka minut. Zdjąć z ognia.

Usmażone naleśniki układać na blat usmażoną stroną do góry. Na środek kłaść łyżkę mięsa mielonego i posypać warstwą starkowanego sera żółtego. Następnie składać nalesniki w krokiety.

Każdy krokiet obtaczać w rozbełtanym jajku i w bułce tartej. Smażyc na złoto z obu stron.
