Ingredients:

Składniki podane na brytfannę o wymiarach 40cm x 24 cm

* paczka maślanych herbatników
* 2 paczki słonych krakersów
* masa krówkowa
* 1 budyń śmietankowy lub waniliowy
* kostka masła
* 500 ml mleka
* 5 łyżek cukru
* 500 ml śmietanki łaciatej 30%
* 2 łyżki cukru pudru
* kokos/płatki migdałowe/starta czekolada do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Zacznijmy od przygotowania masy budyniowej. 300 ml mleka wraz z 5 łyżkami cukru zagotować. W 200 ml mleka wymieszać budyń i dodać do gotującego się mleka. Gotować przez chwilę i odstawić do ostygnięcia. Miękkie masło rozmiksować i dodawać stopniowo po jednej łyżce budyniu. Można do masy dodać kieliszek wódki - wedle uznania.

Wyścielić brytfannę folią aluminiową. Następnie układamy herbatniki - jeden obok drugiego. Na herbatniki wykładamy budyniową masę. Wyrównujemy ją i układamy krakersy - jeden obok drugiego. Na krakersach rozsmarowujemy masę krówkową i na masę krówkową wykładamy kolejną porcję krakersów.

Śmietankę ubijamy i pod koniec ubijania dodajemy 2 łyżki cukru pudru. Ubitą śmietankę wykładamy na krakersy i posypujemy kokosem/płatkami migdałowymi/ startą czekoladą.
Ciasto wkładamy do lodówki na całą noc, a rano cieszymy się jego wyśmienitym smakiem.

To ciasto "3 bit" tylko tu pod inną nazwą ;)

Znam to pod nazwa 3 bit. Tylko zamiast krakersow daje same herbatniki. A przy okazji dodam, ze ciasto pyszne I mega kaloryczne:)
