Kruchy placek cytrynowy Polecam

Ingredients:

Porcja na 40 sztuk
Pieczenie: ok. 20 min.Piecyk gazowy: 175st.C

200g miękkiego masła lub smalcu wieprzowego (polecam smalec, ciasto jest lepsze)
200g cukru
4 jaja
1 łyżka skórki cytrynowej
250g maki krupczatki
2 łyżki proszku do pieczenia
1/8 litra + 3 łyżki soku z cytryny
1/8 litra soku pomarańczowego
200g cukru pudru
20 kandyzowanych czereśni

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przygotowania:

Masło i cukier utrzeć na pianę. Dodać jajka, drobno startą skórkę cytrynową oraz mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia i dokładnie wymieszać.
Ciasto przelać na wysmarowaną tłuszczem blachę i równomiernie rozprowadzić. Piec w rozgrzanym piekarniku.
Do 1/8 litra soku z cytryny dodać świeżo wyciśnięty sok z pomarańczy, 100g cukru pudru i dokładnie wymieszać. Jeszcze ciepłe ciasto równomiernie skropić mieszanką soków i odstawić na jakiś czas, by wsiąkł.
100g cukru pudru dokładnie wymieszać z 3 łyżkami soku z cytryny. Tak przygotowanym lukrem wysmarować placek (zimny!!!) i poczekać, aż lukier zastygnie.

Bardzo zainteresowało mnie to ciasto. Mam pytanie: a co robimy z czereśniami???

Ups.. zapomniałam o czereśniach. Czereśniami (możemy lub nie, gdyż kandyzowane czereśnie są bardzo drogie) ozdobić placek po polukrowaniu go. :)
