Kulki ryżowe

Ingredients:

NA KAJMAK:
-3 szklanki mleka
-3 szklanki cukru
-1 czubata łyzka masła
-1 cukier waniliowy
-1 łyżka kakao

NO I JESZCZE...
-1 opakowanie ryżu preparowanego
-dość grubo posiekane orzechy
-tak samo rozdrobnione migdały
-biała polewa
-ciemna polewa

Prepare instructions:

KAJMAK:
Mleko z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym cierpliwie gotować na dość silnym ogniu, często mieszając (wystarczy na chwilę spuścić to z oka i już się perfidnie przypala...). Gdy masa nabierze kremowego koloru, a spuszczona z łyżki kropla ciągnie za sobą taką cieniutką nitkę, dodać masło i kakao.
Zestawić z ognia i chwilę ucierać. Ma mieć konzystencję gęstej śmietany.

PÓŹNIEJ...
Do ciepłej masy wsypać ryż i tyle orzechów i migdałów,żeby można było formować z niej stabilne kulki. Lepić spore kulki i układać obok ciebie na tacy. Połowę z nich udekorować ciemną, a połowę białą polewą.

Trzeba się spieszyć z dodawaniem ryżu ponieważ kajmak szybko stygnie i twardnieje.
