Kurczak w cebulce(kotopulo sztifado)

Ingredients:

1 kurczak
1kg cebulki dymki lub innej podobnej wielkości
5 średnich pomidorów
2-3 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego
1/2 szklanki oliwy z oliwek
1/3 kostki masła
liście laurowe
goździki
inne przyprawy
1 ząbek czosnku
przyprawa typu vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Kurczaka podzielić na małe części.Zarumienić na dobrze rozgrzanej oliwie.Przełożyć do szybkowaru (bez tłuszczu).Cebulkę obrać i od strony korzenia naciąć na krzyż.Wrzucić na tłuszcz pozostały po smażeniu kurczaka i podsmażyć.Przełożyć do szybkowaru razem z tłuszczem.
Pomidory dobrze sparzyć i obrać ze skórki.Pokroić w drobną kostkę.
Na patelni rozpuścić masło(uważać żeby się nie spaliło) wrzucić pomidory i smażyć aż nie zaczną gęstnieć.Przełożyć do reszty (kurczak-cebulka).Dodać przecier,2-3 liście laurowe,ząbek czosnku,2 goździki,1 łyżkę przyprawy(vegeta),parę ziaren kolorowego pieprzu i ziela angielskiego.

Zalać ćwierć litra wody.Zamknąć szybkowar i od momentu zagotowania gotować 30 minut na wolnym ogniu.
Podawać z ryżem na sypko lub ziemniakami.

PS.kurczaka można zamienić na każde inne mięso np. królika

Zrobiłam też takiego kuraka, bardzo, bardzo dobry!! To będzie często gościło na moim talerzu!!! Następnym razem zrobię w ten sposób jagnięcinę.
