Ingredients:

4 pojedyncze piersi z kurczaka
3 łyżki oleju
puszka groszku
4 plastry ananasa
łyżka masła
1/4 szklanki smietany kremówki
1-2 łyżek curry
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Mięso opłukac lekko zbić. Opruszyc solą i pieprzem, po czym usmażyc na rozgrzanym oleju. Po usmarzeniu ułożyc na papierowym reczniczku i odsaczyc z oleju. Ananasa pokroic w kostke.Groszek odsaczyc i razem z ananasem wrzucic na patelnie dodac masło i curry. Chwilke dusic. Dodac smietane, wymieszac wciaz podgrzewajac i dodac wczesniej upieczona piers z kurczaka. Wszystko razem chwilke dusic. Doprawic sola i pieprzem.Podawac z ryżem lub z puree ziemniaczanym. Dla mnie to absolutny odjazd. Smacznego

Fajny przepisik muszę go koniecznie wypróbować.Myslę że bedzie pysznie.

Groszek proponuję dodać pod sam koniec duszenia aby się tylko podgrzał.

To jest PYSZNE, wszystkim polecam! Dałam dużo więcej ananasa a mniej groszku, bo za ananasem oboje z mężem przepadamy a za groszkiem niezbyt...ale przepis bomba! GRATULUJę POMYSłU! Robiłam go już kilka razy, wszedł na stałe do naszego menu Pozdrawiam
