Łosoś z grzybowym ragout

Ingredients:

400 g surowego łososia,
40 g suszonych grzybów: prawdziwków lub podgrzybków,
2 szalotki,
2 łyżki masła,
0,1 l białego wina,
0,2 l śmietany,
1 łyżka posiekanego szczypiorku,
1 łyżka tymianku,
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Rybę dokładnie umyć pod bieżącą zimną wodą, następnie osuszyć i pokroić w cienkie plastry. Grzyby namoczyć, osączyć i pokroić. Oczyszczoną szalotkę pokroić w krążki. Grzyby i cebulę poddusić na rozgrzanym maśle. Dolać wino. Całość gotować na wolnym ogniu, aż do całkowitego odparowania płynu. Wlać śmietanę i gotować na wolnym ogniu 3-5 minut. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Dodać połowę porcji tymianku i szczypiorek. Całość dokładnie wymieszać. Ragout grzybowe przełożyć do naczynia żaroodpornego. Na nim ułożyć rybę. Całość doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Następnie oprószyć pozostałym tymiankiem. Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200°C. Danie zapiekać ok. 10-15 minut.

Mam pytanie - czy tego łososia ma byś tak mało, czy tych grzybów tak dużo?

Masz rację to pomyłka grzybów ma być 40 g....już poprawiłem
