Makaron z polędwicą i grzybami dla 2 osób

Ingredients:

1 młoda polędwiczka cielęca
garść suszonych grzybów
1 średnia cebula
2-3 łyżki masła
1 płaska łyżka mąki
śmietana 18%

pieprz, sól

6 gniazdek makaronu papardelle (szersze tagliatelle

)

+ butelka dobrego czerwonego wytrwanego wina na stół

Prepare instructions:

Zalać wrzątkiem suszone grzyby (najlepiej w kubku) - wystarczy im 10 minut

Polędwiczkę opłukać, oczyścić z błon, pokroić w drobną kostkę, oprószyć delikatnie mąką i odstawić, żeby wchłonęła wilgoć.
Wstawić osoloną wodę na makaron - tak tak, danie jest błyskawiczne

Cebulkę posiekać drobno w kostkę i zeszklić na maśle. Dodać polędwicę i podsmażyć. Zawartość patelni należy często mieszać, podrzucać, tak żeby odparowała woda a mięsko się delikatnie zezłociło.

Grzyby odsączyć (nie wylewać wody z moczenia !!!), posiekać w paseczki i dorzucić do smażących się produktów. Po dwóch minutach wlać wodę z moczenia grzybów, zmniejszyć ogień i pozwolić na stopniowe, spokojne odparowanie wody do momentu jak na dnie patelni zostanie cienka warstewka aromatycznego sosu.
Na końcu delikatnie osolić, dodać świeżo zmielony pieprz i 2 łyżki śmietany. Sos będzie jedwabisty, delkatny i nie będzie "ciążył" na żołądku jak przy carbonarze

Polecam makaron papardelle firmy "de cecco" 6-7 zł, można oczywiście zrobić z cieńszym tagliatelle - ale mięsko będzie uciekać z widelca

Danie jest bardzo szybkie, a jednocześnie wykwintne i trafi do serca najwybredniejszych smakoszy...

Zrobiłam to danie dokładnie według Twojego przepisu. Wyszło rewelacyjne. bardzo szybko się robi i jest smaczne. Polecam i dziękuję za przepis
