Makaronowe risotto z pieczarkami i boczkiem

Ingredients:

- 200g pieczarek, pokrojonych w plastry,
- 80g boczku, pokrojonego w kosteczkę,
- 250g makaronu w kształcie ziaren ryżu,
- 2 ząbki czosnku, posiekane,
- 1/2 litra bulionu,
- 60 ml słodkiej śmietany,
- 30g startego parmezanu,
- 1 łyżeczka masła,
- natka pietruszki, posiekana,
- pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Masło rozpuszczamy na patelni, wrzucamy czosnek i smażymy przez chwilkę na niewielkim ogniu. Następnie zwiększamy ogień i zrumieniamy boczek. Dodajemy pieczarki i dusimy wszystko do miękkości, ok. 6 minut.

Do pieczarek z boczkiem dodajemy makaron, dokładnie mieszamy. Zalewamy wszytko bulionem i doprowadzamy do wrzenia. Po zmniejszeniu ognia, dusimy do momentu, aż makaron wchłonie prawie cały bulion i będzie al dente.

Dodajemy śmietankę i dusimy ok. 3 min bez przykrycia. Na końcu dodajemy 2/3 parmezanu, natkę pietruszki. Doprawiamy do smaku pieprzem i mieszamy.

Na talerzu, posypujemy pozostałym parmezanem.

Podajemy zaraz po przygotowaniu.

świetny przepis, prosty, szybki i smaczny - maja córcia 5 lat codziennie pyta kiedy znowu będzie ten makaron co wczoraj :)
