Ingredients:

Ciasto żółte:

- 8 jajek
- 1/2 kostki margaryny
- 1 szklanka cukru
- 20 dkg mąki
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- olejek cytrynowy

Mak:

- 40 dkg maku
- 4 jajka
- 20 dkg cukru
- 1 łyżeczka masła
- 1 olejek migdałowy
- bakalie

Ciasto białe:

- 8 białek
- 20 dkg cukru kryształu
- 10 dkg mąki ziemniaczanej
- 10 dkg mąki pszennej
- 10 dkg margaryny
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto żółte:

1. Cukier utrzeć z margaryną i zółtkami,
2. Dodać resztę składników, zmieszać i wylać do foremki

Mak:

1. Mak sparzyć i zemleć
2. Jajka ubić z cukrem
3. Dodać łyżkę stopionego masła, olejek, bakalie i mak
4. Wymieszać i wylać na ciasto żółte

Ciasto białe:

1. Białka ubić z cukrem.
2. Dodać mąkę ziemniaczaną, mąkę pszenną oraz proszek do pieczenia i ubijać.
3. Roztopić margarynę, ostudzić i wlewać powoli do masy, ciągle ubijając.
4. Wylać na mak,
5. Piec w temp. 180 stopni C przez około 40-50 minut.
Najlepiej piec to ciasto w długiej prostokątnej brytfance

Czy do ciasta żółtego napewno 8 jajek żółtka utrzeć a białka co ubić na pianę?

Podaj może wymiary blaszki na jaką zmieści się to ciasto bo chyba mi wyobraźnia szwankuje.
Żółte ciasto z 8 jaj to już jest dość wysokie ciasto, do tego makowe i jeszcze białe z 8 białek nie widzę żeby mi się to miało zmieścić na mojej największej blaszce a może się mylę.

na blaszkę się zmieści , to jest blaszka taka normalna standardowa ze sklepu i się mieści
