meksykanskie chili con carne

Ingredients:

500 g mielonej wolowinki
cebula
sloik czerwonej fasolki lub 250g suchej
3 srednie pomidory
1 papryka czerwona
2 zabki czosnku
3 lyzki oliwy lub oleju
ostra papryka w proszku
sol
pieprz
pieprz cayenne

Prepare instructions:

Cebulke obrac,umyc i drobbno posiekac. Olej rozgrzec na patelni i podsmazyc cebulke, az bedzie lekko szklista. Dodac miesko i smazyc, mieszajac.
Papryke umyc, usunac gniazdo nasienne, pokroic w male kawalki. Dodac do miesa razem z odcedzona fasolka ze sloika (sucha nalezy na noc namoczyc i nastepnie ugotowac) i pomidorami ( najpierw spazyc , obrac ze skorki i pokroic w male kawalki)
Ja dodaje tez koncentrat pomidorowy, niezaduzo tuz pod koniec smazenia.
Warzywa z miesem dusic pod przykryciem az do odparowania pomidorowego soku. W trakcie duszenia dodajemy obrany i zmiazdzony czosnek i doprawiamy przyprawami.

Jesli ktos lubi ostre potrawy mozna dodac tez tabasco. Podajemy z ryzem lub pieczywem.

Bardzo smaczne , dziś zrobiłam ,robiłam takie danie wcześniej z plastrami karkówki, dodawałam gotową przyprawę chili con carne i zapiekałam w piekarniku.Ta wersja tez fajna.
