Miodowe z nadzieniem z kaszy manny

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szlanki mąki

2 jaja

1 łyżeczka sody

3-4 łyżki miodu

1 szklanka cukru

5dkg margaryny

Masa:

3 szklanki mleka

4 łyżki kopiaste kaszy manny*

10dkg masła

1.5 łyżki cukru

1 cukier waniliowy

Marmolada lub kwasniejszy dżem do smarowania blatów.

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie ciasta:

W rondelku roztapiamy miód, margarynę i cukier. Po wystudzeniu łączymy z pozostałymi składnikami i zagniatamy. Ciasto dzielimy na trzy części i pieczemy każdy blat 15-20 minut w 180°C. Wymiary mojej blaszki 24/28 cm.

Wykonanie masy:

Gotujemy mleko z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym, kiedy zaczyna wrzeć dodajemy kaszę manną rozmieszaną z odrobiną mleka. Intensywnie mieszamy, aby uniknąć powstania grudek. Po trzech minutach gotowania dodajemy masło, mieszamy i zestawiamy do lekkiego ostygnięcia. Jeszcze ciepłą masą przekładamy upieczone blaty ciasta, które wczesniej możemy posmarować powidłami , marmolada lub dżemem, ciasto jest wtedy jeszcze pyszniejsze.

Na wierzch ciasta możemy przyrządzić polewę z gorzkiej czekolady :)

Równiez robię to ciasto i zawsze smaruje powidłami, wtedy jest dużo lepszy smak:), pozdrawiam
