Nadziewana bagietka

Ingredients:

-1 bagietka
-10 dag szynki
-2 plasterki sera
-1 jajko
-1 pomidor
-kawałek czerwonej papryki
-1 dymka ze szczypiorkiem
-pół słoiczka majonezu

Prepare instructions:

Bagietkę przekroić wzdłuż (np. odkroić spód) i wyjąć ze środka połowę miękiszu.
Szynkę i ser pokroić w drobną kostkę. Pomidor i paprykę umyć. Z pomidora wyjąć pestki i także pokroić go w kostkę. Paprykę zresztą też :) Jajko ugotować na twardo i posiekać. Dymkę posiekać razem ze szczypiorkiem.
Wszystkie rozdrobnione składniki połączyć. Dodać do nich majonez. Ewentualnie przyprawić do smaku. Otrzymaną masą wypełnić bagietkę. Przykryć odciętym wcześniej wierzchem. Schłodzić w lodówce.

Nadziewaną bagietkę podajemy pokrojoną w plastry. Ładnie prezentuje się na talerzu wyłożonym liśćmi sałaty. Nadzienie można oczywiście dowolnie modyfikować i dodawać do niego wszystko co nam smakuje.

Bagietka smakowała gościom.Trochę ją urozmaiciłam czyli dodałam jeszcze zieleonej papryki oraz świeżogeo ogórka.Polecam

Fantastyczny przepis, ja wszystkie składniki mieszam i kładę na bułkę
przykrywam plastrami sera i do mikrofalówki. Mniam!!!
