Naleśniki z bananowym farszem

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
25 dkg mąki
1 szklanka mleka
1 szklanka wody mineralnej gazowanej
2 jajka
sól do smaku
Farsz:
3 duże pokrojone banany
4 łyżki masła
1 szklanka brązowego cukru
¼ łyżeczki cynamonu
2 łyżki likieru
4 łyżki rumu
½ szklanki rozdrobnionych orzechów włoskich

Prepare instructions:

Jajka, sól i mleko zmiksować, dodać mąkę, mieszać aż ciasto będzie jedwabiście „gładkie", dodać wodę i ponownie zmiksować. Patelnie rozgrzać, delikatnie natrzeć kawałkiem słoniny, wlać ciasto i kolistym ruchem rozprowadzić go po patelni. Smażyć tak długo aż brzegi naleśnika będą odstawały od patelni, a wtedy używając łopatki lub podrzucaj odwrócić go i dopiec.
Na patelni rozgrzać masło, dodać cukier i powoli podgrzewać mieszając aż cukier się rozpuści. Dodać banany, cynamon i alkohol, powoli mieszać aż masa zgęstnieje, dodać orzechy, wymieszać.

Na każdym naleśniku rozłożyć przygotowany farsz i zwinąć w rulon. Przed podaniem naleśniki polać roztopioną czekoladą i posypać cukrem pudrem..
