Paela z owocami morza i kurczakiem

Ingredients:

1-2 piersi kurczaka
1 wieksza cebula
2 zabki czosnku (sprasowanego lub posiekanego)
500 ml bulionu
150 ml bialego wina wytrawnego
250 g ryzu risotto
2 lyzki kurkumy lub lyzeczke safranu
1 Paczka mrozonej juz ugotowanej mieszanki morskiej

sol i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Piers z kurczaka kroimy w kosteczke i smazymy przyprawiajac sola i pieprzem. Sciagamy z patelni.

Na 2 lyzkach oliwy (w glebokiej patelni) podsmazamy cebulke i czosnek, dodajemy ryz, chwile podsmazamy i dolewamy bulionu (tutaj mozna dodac bulionu rybnego, rosolowego lub warzywnego), jak kto woli. No i biale wino (nie jest ono opcjonalne), chociaz uwazam, ze z winem smakuje lepiej.

Jezeli nie mamy glebokiej patelni przekladamy wszytko po podsmarzeniu do szerokiego garnka.

Po dolaniu bulionu doprawiamy kurkuma lub safranem, sola i pieprzem.

Dodajemy kurczaka i owoce morza. (Mozna dodac swieza papryke, groszek pomidory, jak kto lubi)

Gotujemy na lekkim ogniu (NIE MIESZAJAC !!!!!!!) az ryz bedzie miekki i zredukuje sie woda. Mozna dolac bulionu lub wody, w razie jeszcze surowgo ryzu. ( Normalnie ryz gotuje sie ok 20-30 min.)

Posypujemy natka pietruszki - Smacznego !!!!!!!!!!!!
