Parówki a la Bahus

Ingredients:

8 cienkich parówek, 8 usmażonych i ostudzonych naleśników, 10 dag wędzonego boczku, 3 średnie cebule, 1 puszka groszku konserwowego, 2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego, 3 łyżki utartego żółtego sera, 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki, 1 łyżeczka sproszkowanej słodkiej papryki, 1/2-1 łyżeczki sproszkowanej ostrej papryki, sól i pieprz do smaku, tłuszcz do wysmarowania formy.

Prepare instructions:

Parówki obrać z osłonek. Boczek pokroić w kostkę. Wrzucić na patelnię. Wytopić. Zeszklić na nim obraną i drobno posiekaną cebulę. Dodać słodką paprykę, koncentrat pomidorowy i osączony z zalewy groszek. Dusić przez 5 min. Doprawić solą, pieprzem i ostrą papryką. Dodać natkę pietruszki. Na każdy naleśnik położyć parówkę. Obłożyć duszonymi warzywami. Założyć brzegi. Zawinąć. Tak przygotowane ruloniki przełożyć do wysmarowanego tłuszczem żaroodpdrnego naczynia. Posypać startym żółtym serem. Zapiekać w średnio nagrzanym piekarniku, aż ser się stopi i lekko zrumieni.

ja robie takie nalesniki tez sa pyszne bo zalewam je sosem ?(śmietana+duzo startego żółtego sera)jest suuuper polecam!!!Wypróbuj!!!
