-smietana < gesta slodka >
- sos beszamelowy <mozna sie bez niego tez obejsc >
-dwa zabki czosnku <posiekane w malenka kosteczke >
-oliwa z oliwek < lub olej >
-bazylia lub nac z pietruszki
-odrobina orzechow wloskich

Prepare instructions:

Gotujemy makaron < al dente >, w tym samym czasie na patelni podsmazamy leko czosnek do lekkiego zarumienienia , nastepnie zalewamy smietana , dokladamy kawalki tych trzch serow , troche pietruszki , lub bazylii, ogrzewamy az do rozpuszczenia sie serow , nastepnie dokladamy do tego makaron pzyprawiamy sola pieprzem , mozna lekko posypac chili, staramy sie by mailo to wszystko konsystencjie sosu wiec eentualnie dodajemy smietany < gdy ma sie sos beszamelowy mozna zaoszczedzic na smietanie >po dokladnym wymieszaniu potrawa jest gotowa , gdy juz sie znajduje na talezu polecam posypac lekko orzechami wloskimi < lekko pokruszonymi > smacznego :)

Robinsonku, Twoje przepisy i porady są genialne. Długo szukałam przepisu na sos serowy z makaronem - bo to moja ulubiona włoska potrawa ;) Polecam wszystkim jako wspaniałą i lekką ucztę dla podniebienia i jako wstęp do romantycznego wieczoru we dwoje.
