-ocet winny inaczej vinegar

Prepare instructions:

Hejka :)
Warzywa gotujemy , a raczej podgotowujemy ,ziemniaki w calosci w lupinach , z masla i smietany spozadzamy sos < na patelni rozpuszczamy maslo okolo 2 duze lyzki , po rozpuszczeniu dodajemy smietane pozostawiamy az do wrzenia , dodajemy skarta skorke z cytryny >
Nastepnie smazymy lososia , najlepiej na patelni grilowej , z jednej i drugiej strony < lososia najlepiej wczesneij zamarynowac w swierzych przyprawach rozmaryn , azylia , odrobina chili , sol , pieprz itd>,

Goracy sos wylewamy na talez , ma on miec gesta , kremowa konsystencjie , kolor zolty >nakladamy na niego lososie , reszte warzyw < warzywa uprzednio podsmarzamy na patelni na oliwie z oliwek > wszystko razem ukadamy z nutka wyobrazni :) smacznego :)
-polewamy octem winnym < uwczesnei gotujemy o dosc dlugo dodajac cukru < okolo lyzeczki , ma on miec konsystencjie bardzo gesta > powodzonka

podaj prosze jaka ilosc octu winnego mam uzyc. Czy moze byc balsamiczny czy jakis konkretny rodzaj.. ( z winogron, jablek)
