Ingredients:

16 sztuk pieczarek,
4 ząbki czosnku,
1 duża cebula,
masło,
2 łyżki bułki tartej,
sól,pieprz do smaku,
2-3 łyżki startego zółtego sera do farszu,
8 łyżek startego zółtego sera na wierz pieczarek

Prepare instructions:

Z dokładnie umytych pieczarek odcinamy nóżki przy kapeluszu i siekamy. Na patelni roztapiamy masło i podduszamy pokrojoną w kostkę cebule, posiekane nóżki pieczarek, wyciśnięte ząbki czosnku i na końcu bułkę tartą. Farsz mieszamy, dodajemy starty żółty ser, doprawiamy solą i pieprzem.
Napełniamy farszem kapelusze pieczarek, wierz posypujemy startym żółtym serem.
Układamy w żaroodpornym naczyniu i wkładamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 140 stopni na 20minut.

Pyszne pieczareczki! Były dziś do "schabowego" z piersi kurczaka Nastepnym razem opanieruję w jajku i w bułce, zrumienię na masełku i na końcu zapiekę z serem.Gorąco polecam!
