Ingredients:

50dag mielonego mieszanego miesa, 4 jajka, 2 cebulki, 2-3 zabki czosnku, 1 szkl smietany(22%)2 lyzeczki ostrej musztardy albo ostrego ketchupu, 1 lyzeczka przyprawy typu Vegeta lub po prostu maggi, 1lyzka maki pszennej, 1 lyzeczka ziol prowansalskich, 4-5 lyzek startego, dobrze topiącego sie zoltego sera, garsc bulki tartej, sól, pieprz,ostra papryka, tłuszcz do smarowania formy.

Prepare instructions:

Czosnek zmiazdzyc, cebule drobniutko posiekac, mieso wymieszac z cebulka i czosnkiem, 1 jajkiem, musztarda(ketchup), maka i szczypta soli. Dobrze wyrobic i uformowac z masy niewielkie pulpety. Gotowac je w wodzie z dodatkiem vegety lub maggi. Po ugotowaniu wyjac wszystkie i ulozyc w natluszczonej formie lub naczyniu zaroodpornym. Smietane ubic z pozostałymi 3 jajkami i ziołami, doprawic sola i pieprzem. Smietana zalac ulozone w naczyniu pulpety, posypac startym serkiem wymieszanym z bułka tarta i wstawic do piekarnika(200st.C)i zapiekac okolo 15 min. Podawac z ziemniakami z wody.
