Ingredients:

1 szklanka mleka
1/2 szklanki miodu
1/2 szklanki cukru
3 szklanki mąki
1 jajko
3 łyżki kwaśnej konfitury (np. z czarnej porzeczki)
1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 czubate łyżeczki przyprawy do piernika
1 łyżka kakao
125 g margaryny
słoik powideł śliwkowych (250g)
100 g orzechów włoskich

* szklanka - 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

Do miski wlewany mleko, dodajemy miód, cukier, jajo, kakao, 3 łyżki konfitur, przyprawę do piernika, sodę oczyszczoną. Podane składniki mieszamy, a następnie dodajemy przesianą mąkę, proszek do piecznia i na koniec roztopioną i przestudzoną margarynę oraz posiekane orzechy.
Wyrabiamy ciasto, które przekładamy do wysmarowanej wcześniej formy.

Pieczemy około 45 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni. Dobrze wypieczony piernik zazwyczaj pęka pod koniec pieczenia.

Po wystygnięciu przekrawamy ciasto na pół i przekładamy powidłami śliwkowymi. Wierzch posypujemy cukrem pudrem lub dekorujemy według własnego uznania.

a na jaką blaszkę jest to ciasto?

Na standardową prostokątną blaszkę. Im mniejsza blaszka tym piernik będzie wyższy.

Zrobiłam ten pierniczek na Swieta i był bardzo dobry - wszystkim w rodzinie smakował. Pozdrawiam i dziekuje za przepis:) isia
