Piernik kanadyjski

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1 szklanka cukru,
1 szklanka miodu,
1 szklanka oleju,
3 szklanki mąki,
1 przyprawa do piernika,
1 szklanka zimnej esencji z herbaty (3 łyżeczki na szklankę wody),
4 jajka,
3 płaskie łyżeczki sody

Masa:

1 szklanka mleka,
3 łyżki mąki krupczatki,
cukier waniliowy,
½ kostka masła,
½ szklanka cukru pudru,
trochę spirytusu

słoik powideł śliwkowych

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Białka ubić z cukrem. Dodać żółtka, miód, olej, esencję, mąkę, sodę i przyprawę do piernika. Wymieszać wszystko i podzielić ciasto na 3 części. Piec osobno 20-25 minut w temp. 190°C.

Masa:

Zagotować razem mleko, mąkę i cukier waniliowy, a następnie ostudzić. Do ostudzonej masy dodać masło i cukier puder. Na koniec dodać spirytus.

Po upieczeniu przełożyć placek masą i powidłem śliwkowym.

Piernik przepyszny. Tak puszysty, że rodzinka stwierdziła, że to kupny piernik i na pewno są w nim "spulchniacze". Polecam

Kurcze szklanka miodu i szklanka cukru, to chyba mega słodki ten piernik? Chyba sam miód by wystarczył..hmmm

BARDZO dobry piernik!! Mięciutki, puszysty, urósł równiutki. Dalam 1/2 szkl.cukru, a ilość kremu podwoiłam. Polecam, nie ma opcji żeby się nie udał. Zdjęcia nie mogę wstawić, będzie na blogu, bo wart polecenia)))
