Ingredients:

Ciasto:
5 jajek
15 dag cukru
15 dag masła
2 łyżki kakao
10 dag orzechów włoskich zmielonych
5 dag mąki
1/2 łyżeczki sody

Masa I:
20 dag orzechów włoskich zmielonych
1/2 szklanki wódki
1/2 szklanki rumu

Masa II:
3 jajka
10 dag cukru
20 dag masła
10 dag gorzkiej czekolady (niekoniecznie)
2 łyżki kakao
kieliszek spirytusu

dżem np. morelowy, śliwkowy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
1. Ubić pianę z białek
2. Ukręcić masło, dodać cukier, żółtka - ukręcić
3. Sodę wymieszać z mąką i kakao, dodać do masła
4. Na końcu dodać pianę z białek i delikatnie wymieszać

Wlać do wąskiej blaszki długości ok. 30-35 cm i wstawić do pieca nagrzanego do 200 st. C. na 20-30 min.

Masa I:
Wszystkie składniki dokładnie ukręcić

Masa II:
Jajka ubić na parze (ok. 10-15 min.). Wystudzić
Masło ukręcić.
Do masła wkręcić jajka
Dodać kakao i gorzką czekoladę, rozpuszczoną i wystudzoną oraz spirytus

Wierzch ciasta posmarować dżemem, na to masa orzechowa, na to krem. Całość polać czekoladą.

Czy napewno do ciasta dodaje sie 5 dag maki?

W przepisie wszystko jest poprawnie. Wychodzi z tego nieduży placek. Ja piekę w keksówce. Mąki jest tak mało bo jest 10 dag mielonych orzechów

Przepis brzmi znajomo... Chyba też oglądałaś (-eś) "Domową kawiarenkę" :) Ale trzeba przyznać,że faktycznie jest pyszne!!! I humorek poprawia ;)
