      -   3 niepełne szklanki mąki
      -   1 1/4 szklanki cukru
      -   100 g orzechów włoskich
      -   100 g rodzynkow
      -   4 łyżki kakao
      -    6 jajek
      -   1 łyżeczka cynamonu
      -   1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej
      -   tłuszcz i bułka tarta do blaszki
          blacha 24x39

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:

1 -Jablka obrac pokroic w kostke

2 - Jajka,cukier, dobrze zmiksowacna pulchną masę i dodawać
kolejno,ciagle miksujac, cynamon,sode,kakao,make, olej
kiedy wszystkie skladniki beda dobrze polaczone dodac jablka,orzechy
i rodzynki wymieszac

3 - Ciasto wlac do wysmarowanej tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tarta blache

4 -Piec ciasto w tem 180 C przez 45 min

5 - Po upieczeniu posypac cukrem pudrem lub polac polewa czekoladowa

Ciasto puszyste i wilgotne , a i szybko znika:)

bardzo dobry przepis, piekłam wczoraj dla rodzinki.Bez kakao zwany pod nazwą cynamonowca. Zawsze wychodzi.:)
