Placek miodowy z masą grysikową

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
8 dkg margaryny
12 dkg miodu sztucznego
1 łyżka miodu prawdziwego
80 dkg mąki
1 jajo
1 szklanka cukru pudru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1,5 łyżeczki sody
3 łyżki śmietany
Masa grysikowa:
1/2 l mleka
cukier waniliowy /duży/
3 kopiate łyżki grysiku /kasza manna/
1 kostka masła /25 dkg/
1 szklanka cukru pudru
dodatkowo:
powidło
Polewa:
3 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
3 łyżki cukru pudru
1 łyżka masła
3 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Margarynę, miód sztuczny i prawdziwy roztopić, ostudzić.
Wszystkie składniki połączyć i zagnieść ciasto. Podzielić na 4 części, upiec placki w temp. ok. 150-160 st.C 15 min.
Masa:
Z mleka, grysiku i c. waniliowego ugotować kaszę. Ostudzić.
Utrzeć masło z cukrem pudrem, dodawać po łyżce ugotowanego grysiku i ucierać. Można dodać 1-2 łyżki spirytusu.
Polewa:
Wszystkie składniki rozpuścić na gorąco /nie gotować/, dodać kakao, dokładnie wymieszać.

Przełożenie:
placek-masa-placek-powidło /wskazany dodatek róży ucieranej/-placek-masa-placek-polewa.
Placek powinien być zrobiony wcześniej - najlepszy na drugi a nawet trzeci dzień.

Niestety ale mi to ciasto wyszło strasznie twarde i zapychające, myślałam że będzie pulchne.

ciasto powinno zwilgotnieć po 2 dniach trzeba ja szczelnie zapakować co prawda nie piekłam

z tego przepisu ale mam podobny
