Placki z dyni na słodko

Ingredients:

- 200 g zmiksowanej na puree (-) dyni,

- 1 jajko,

- 150 ml jogurtu naturalnego,

- 125 mąki (przesianej),

- pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,

- łyżka cukru pudru,

- łyżka masła,

- łyżka oleju słonecznikowego.

Prepare instructions:

Zalotnie słodkie dyniowe placki o cudownym kolorze, idealne na osłodzenie sennego początku dnia. Nawet dla tych, którzy śniadanie jadają od wielkiego dzwonu. :)

Jogurt mieszamy dokładnie z jajkiem. Dodajemy doń krem z dyni, mieszamy. W oddzielnej misce łączymy mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, cukier puder. Zawartość miski z suchymi składnikami przesypujemy do dyniowej masy. Mieszamy.

Na patelni o płaskim dnie rozgrzewamy olej z masłem. Formujemy płaskie placki (1 łyżka stołowa = jeden placek). Placki smażymy ok. 2 minuty z każdej strony.

Po usmażeniu posypujemy je cukrem pudrem. Podajemy w kleksem kwaśnej śmietany i ulubionymi owocami.

Dla tych placków warto zarzucić zwyczaj niejadania śniadań. Od wielkiego dzwonu. :) Fajny przepis - lubię dynię.

Zrobiłam, smaczne ale zadna rewelacja, wolę z jabłkami.

Placuszki bardzo dobre, ale następnym razem dodam trochę cynamonu i imbiru. Znajomym którzy wpadli niespodziewanie również smakowały a byli zdziwieni jak powiedziałam, że to z dyni.Pozdrawiam
