Prepare instructions:

jabłka obrać ze skóry i zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach, makę przesiać i połączyć z reszta skladników i z jablkami, wymieszac- masa powinna miec konsystencje gęstej śmietany, smazyc na oleju na patelni , nakladając łyżka placuszki na rozgrzanym tluszczu, piec do zarumienienia., inka21

robie takie, tylko daje do nich ok.pol lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia , troszke wtedy wyrastaja .tak poza tym sa bardzo smaczne ,zajada sie nimi moja cala rodzinka .pozdrawiam i polecam

Ja tez dodalam proszku do pieczenia , ale zrobilam placuszki bez jablek:Nawet bez nich i tak byly PYCHA!!!

Kochana Inko21!! Placuszki są pyszne!!Proste,smaczne.Właśnie robię 2 serię-dodałam odrobinę cynamonu:)
