Pleśniak - pycha

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1/2kg mąki krupczatki
5 żółtek
1 kostka margaryny
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao

Masa:

3/4 słoika dżemu lub marmolady

Beza:

5 białek
1 szklanka cukru pudru
2 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Utrzeć wszytskie składniki. Podzielić na 3 części. Do jendej dodać kakao. Schłodzić w lodówce.

Na spód tortownicy położyć 1 część ciasta (białego). Na to położyć dżem, następnie przykryć to ciastem kakowym.

Beza:

Pianę z białek ubić na sztywno, następnie dodać cukier puder, a na końcu mąke ziemnaczaną.

Pianę wylać na ciasto i na to położyć trzecią (startą na tarce) częśc ciasta. Piec ok. 40min w temp. 180 stopni. Po ostygnięciu posypać cukrem pudrem.

Gartuluję, bardzo dobre i szybkie ciasto. Moge dodać w ramach wymainy doswiadczeń ze zamiast mąki ziemniaczanej można dodać suchy.kisiel Pozdrawiam

Antonina właśnie do innego ciasta - jabłecznik z bezą dodaję kisiel, najlepszy truskawkowy lub wiśniowy, bo wtedy jest ładna różowa pianka :) ale dziękuję za radę mimo wszystko :)
