pulpety w sosie pomidorowym z kalafiorem

Ingredients:

Składniki na ok. 6 głodnych osób:

mały kalafior
fasolka żółta ok. 200g
mięso mielone ok. 0,5 kg
jajko
pół suchej bułki
przecier pomidorowy 0,5l
pomidory (w sezonie mogą być same pomidory, a przecier można sobie darować :) )
cebula
czosnek
pęczek pietruszki
sól, pieprz, bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Kalafior podzielić na małe różyczki i spażyć. Pomidory spażyć i obrać ze skórki. Cebulkę i natkę pietruszki posiekać, a czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę.
Z mięsa mielonego, namoczonej wcześniej suchej bułki, jajka i przypraw zrobić małe pulpeciki o średnicy ok. 4cm
Pulpeciki następnie podsmażyć.
W granku poddusić cebulkę i czosnek a następnie dodać pokrojone na kawalki pomiodory i kalafiora i dusić min 40 min tak żeby kalafior zrobił się miękki.
Dodać podsmażone wcześniej pulpety i podusić jeszcze kilka min aby przeszły smakiem sosu.
Podawać z ryżem.

hmm... w Firefoxie tego nie ma ale jak spróbowałam w explorerze to rzeczywiście takie coś wyskakuje zaraz coś z tym zrobie :P
