Pyszna baba nie tylko "Wielkanocna"

Ingredients:

Składniki:

- 1 kostka masła lub margaryny 250 g
- 2 szklanki mąki
- 1 - 1, 5 szklanki cukru
- 6 jaj
- cukier waniliowy 1 paczuszka
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 0, 5 szklanki oleju

Dodatkowo:

- kisiel cytrynowy bez cukru
- kisiel wiśniowy bez cukru
- kakao 1 łyżka
- 0, 5 szklanki suchego maku

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Margarynę, 6 żółtek, cukier, cukier waniliowy utrzeć. Pod koniec ucierania dodać olej i dalej ucierać. Białka ubić i delikatnie wymieszać z ciastem. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia i wymieszac bardzo delikatnie z pozostałym ciastem. Podzielić ciasto na 4 części. Do każdej części z osobna dodać: kisiel cytrynowy, wiśniowy, kakao, mak i wykładać do formy w dowolnej kolejności.Do masy z kisielem wiśniowym mozna dodać barwnik spożywczy czerwony lub niewielką ilośc soku z buraków a kolor będzie bardziej intensywny)Babke pieczemy 50 minut w temp.170 C .Przed wyjęciem sprawdzamy patyczkiem czy jest upieczona:)

Babka wspaniale smakuje polana polewą czekoladową lub czekolada rozpuszczoną w kąpieli:)

w moim sklepie kostka masła to 170g lub 200 g. A margaryna na ogół ma 250 g. Między kostką a kostką jest różnica aż 80g, więc może dopisz o jakiej gramaturze są kostki, które używasz ?
