Pyszne naleśniki po meksykańsku

Ingredients:

pół kg mięsa mielonego
kilka pieczarek
puszka kukurydzy
duża cebula
sos meksykański (lub słodko-kwaśny, jeśli ktoś nie lubi ostrych potraw)
vegeta, sól, bazylia, oregano, majeranek, przyprawa do gyrosa (dowolne przyprawy)
żółty ser
kapusta pekińska, ketchup, majonez, ew. śmietana koncentrat pomidorowy - do dekoracji
mąka, mleko, jajko, olej

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki, mleka, jajka, odrobiny soli smażymy naleśniki.
Na patelni smażymy mięsko, dodajemy cebulkę, pieczarki, kukurydzę, w czasie kiedy wszystko sie dusi, doprawaimy przyprawami. Na koniec dodajemy sos meksykański. Na połowę naleśnika nakładamy przygotowane mięso i starty ser, przykrywamy drugą połową naleśnika, wierzch posypujemy posiekaną kapustą i polewamy delikatnie majonezem i ketchupem.Można zrobić tez sos pomidorowy: w takich samych proporcjach śmietanę i majonez, koncentrat pomidorowy, ketchup, sól, pieprz, bazylia i oregano (sos czosnkowy: śmietana, majonez, starty lub przeciśnięty czosnek, sól, pieprz, bazylia i oregano). Naleśniki sa pyszne! A sosy smakuja do różnych potraw:)Smacznego

Nalesniki sa naprawde wysmienite!!! Troszke je zmodyfikowalam.Farsz zrobilam wedlug przepisu, zwinelam w grube ruloniki,posmarowalam poszatkowana kapusta pekinska pomieszana z lyzka majonezu i lyzka ketchupu, potem posypalam zoltym serkiem i zapieklam w garacym piekarniku.Wyszly cudowne.Polecam wszystkim ten przepis
