Naleśniki z pikantnym nadzieniem PYSZNE

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1 1/3 szklanki mąki
1 1/2 szklanki mleka
3 jajka
szczypta soli

Farsz:
35 dag piersi z kurczaka
15 dag pieczarek
1 puszka pomidorów bez skórki
1 puszka kukurydzy
pęczek szczypiorku
olej
słodka papryka
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

To jest moje ulubione danie, naprawdę polecam zrobić, bo jest przepyszne!!! :):):)

Ciasto:
Mąkę i mleko dokładnie rozrobić z jajkami i solą. Na patelni rozgrzać olej i smażyć naleśniki.

Farsz:
Pieczarki pokroić w plasterki, szczypiorek w krążki. Na patelni podsmażyć mięso, później dodać grzyby oraz szczypiorek. Całość smażyć ok. 3-5 min. Kukurydzę i pomidory dodać do mięsa, dusić około 15 min.( postarać się, żeby odparował cały płyn) Przyprawić solą, pieprzem i słodką papryką.

Naleśniki posmarować farszem, zwinąć i można podawać :)

Nalesniki robilam poraz pierwszy na kolacje z przyjaciolmi. Zaryzykowalam, mielismy mnostwo zabawy przy przygotowywaniach i slinka ciekla gdy juz byly na stole. Pyszne i proste, zapisuje w ulubionych.
