Pyszny domowy chlebuś

Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki tortowej
1 szklanka mąki pełnoziarnistej
1,5 szklanki wody
1,5 łyżeczki soli
pół łyżeczki suchych drożdży

Prepare instructions:

Przepis znalazła gdzieś w internecie moja siostra więc nie znam konkretnego źródła pochodzenia ale jest przepyyyszny :) Polecam.

Mieszamy w misce wszystkie składniki.

Przykrywamy folią i odkładamy na noc (ok 16-18 godzin).

Potem podsypujemy mąką, zagniatamy i wyrabiamy.

Następnie na opruszonej mąką ściereczce układamy uformowany bochenek, zakrywamy i odstawiamy na 2 godziny.

Nastawiamy piekarnik na 250 stopni i od razu wkładamy do niego naczynie żaroodporne.

Jak się nagrzeje to zmniejszamy temperaturę do 230 stopni, szybko wkładamy ciasto do naczynia, zakrywamy przykrywką i pieczemy 30 minut.

Czy dobrze rozumiem, że do zimnego piekarnika wkładamy puste naczynie żaroodporne, po czym do gorącego (naczynia) wkładamy surowe ciasto i dopiero pieczemy?
